Training in The Art of Videx

As part of the company's on-going commitment to customer service, we are able to offer a comprehensive range of training packages for any of its audio, visual, door entry or access control systems. Held at the company's Newcastle or London offices, training sessions are tailor made for each individual or party.

Whether training is required on basic systems or an entire product range, Videx's technical staff are able to take customer's through a step-by-step course that covers equipment installation, programming and fault finding. A general overview of the product/products, including comprehensive market information is provided. Detailed technical manuals are also made available for customers to take away.

Ongoing support is then provided via our tehnical help line. This free service is available to all customers and offers a practical source of information and guidance on any product within the Videx range.
