As part of our continued commitment to, customer service and support, a position has arose within the Technical support department located in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Electronics experience and/or experience in a similar role would be advantageous. The successful candidate will work as a telephone based engineering team assisting customers, in the operation and installation of access control equipment.
Strong communications skills and self-motivation are essential within this evolving role within the company.
