Videx Security Ltd are a market leader in the design, manufacture, supply and support of door entry and access control equipment, based in Newcastle Upon Tyne.
We are looking to recruit two members to our office based technical/sales support department to deal with all technical/sales enquires relating to our product range. This will involve dealing with customers via the telephone, assisting them with installation and troubleshooting enquires. Additionally you will help produce technical documentation and diagrams and create estimates based on customer's requirements.
This is a great opportunity for a customer focused person to join an expanding company which leads the way in its field. The successful candidate will possess a good all-round understanding of electronics and have exceptional customer service skills. Additionally, PC skills are essential and previous experience in a customer support role would be advantageous. Full training on the Videx product range will be given to the successful candidates.
